Serial# is 116xxx, which seems to make sense as it is a lower number. My F1N reads "W514", indicating May, 1982. In the late 80´s the factory code was placed before the date code, for example "UG10xx" stands for a lens/body manufactured at Utsonomiya factory in october 1992. For instance, a camera carrying the date code ER was produced in 98.
After that there might stand a letter, indicating the factory ("F" = Fukushima, "O" = Oita). The digits indicate the decennium and year in which the item was produced. The last 2 numbers must be something internal. The next two numbers indicate the month of that specific year with the leading "0" often omitted. They started with an "A" for 1960, "B" for 1961."Z" for 1985, then starting again with "A" for 1986, "B" for 1987 and so on.
